IJsfontein’s projects are often complex, involving a combination of content, engagement, and technology. As the project manager, you maintain an overview within this playing field. You lead a multidisciplinary team and collaborate with the client. You are responsible for the process, planning, team management, and scope control.
By combining the client’s requirements with the team’s talent, we achieve the best results. We work for society as a whole, engaging with scientists, cultural authorities, healthcare professionals, and directors of large companies.

Who are we looking for?

As someone with a talent for order and control, you are open-minded and considerate of all stakeholders to reach the best solutions. You enjoy solving complex problems and simplifying them. You have at least 5 years of experience in leading digital projects and teams and are seeking social impact and development. You have strong conceptual thinking skills, as well as a hands-on approach, and you act as a positive coach for your team. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English and have a service-oriented mindset. It would be handy to have a native English speaker or someone highly proficient in English. Additionally, it would be nice to have experience in managing projects in the Middle East. You should be willing to be mainly involved in one long-term project. Furthermore, you should possess high flexibility and adaptability, good negotiation skills, and stress resilience. As a lover of challenges, you should be thrilled at the idea of managing an ambitious and cutting-edge project.

You will have a lot of freedom to shape your own role and develop yourself. The gross monthly salary ranges from €4,200 to €4,900 based on a 40-hour workweek (depending on age and experience).
